[ARSCLIST] seeking info - commercial history of phonograph and jukebox

Dear members,

I am seeking information for a patron who is working on an internal
project to better understand the dynamics and economics of innovation.
To do so, he is studying historical innovations from a business
perspective (i.e., the economics behind each innovation) in the music
play-back industry. Specifically, he is trying to learn more about the
early commercial history of the phonograph and jukebox from roughly the
1890s to the 1930s. Does anyone have any materials or suggestions that
would aid in
this research project?
