David Katznelson at Birdman records here.  Do you know anyone who can fix a 50's turntable/stereo?
Was this inadvertantly posted to the list, or intended as a general list query? If the latter, it would help to
know your location, what kind of player and what seems to be wrong with it?
 
Mechanical problems often need only a good cleaning and lubrication to correct them; however, if parts
such as idler wheels are needed it becomes more complicated to fix. Electronic problems are similar...
easy to fix unless tubes or items like high-voltage electrolytic capacitors are needed.
