I found what (I think) yo were looking for:

Dimensions for CD inserts and "traycards" (used on the back of jewel boxes)
are
available at:

All sorts of dimensions are to be found at:

(which loads VERY slowly!)

Cassette j-card data is at:

(in an Adobe Acrobat file, which your browser may be able to display as
HTML)
and
http://www.tapeplus.com/labels-audio-j-card-sheet.html
(though this does take a bit of clicking to find the actual dimensions)

Other than that, do a search on:
"CD Insert" dimensions
and
cassette j-card dimensions (no quotes)
for more URL's!
