RDI (Rigler Deutsch Index) is online through the Research Library Group's Eureka catalog. http://www.rlg.org/eureka.html. It's not free and you will likely have to use it through your local university library which will have a subscription. There are also lots (tens of thousands) of 78s cataloged in OCLC which are held by institutions like the Library of Congress, UCSB, MTSU, Rutgers and Indiana.
