RE: arsclist legal language for video tape use, broadcast rights
We are the holders of the copyrighted video. We want to allow a company
who has used our video in a tape to use it for free for use on public
television but also to make sure that if they use it on regular
television that they pay us. Does that help at all?

This wasn't exactly clear. Do you mean others to use your video, or for
them
to give you permission to use their video or stock footage? I am not an
attorney, but broadcast rights may differ from rights to use in-house on
tape or disc. Not sure about web rights.
