I am not familiar with that reference (I hope that does not disqualify me 
from participation), but check

They have Kutsch & Riemens, the Opernlexikon and many other volumes. I have 
bought those two and find the engine excellent. There is a U.S. dealer 
whose WWW site is not up to date; whether the one above is current I do not 
know.
