Re: arsclist cassette tape shelf life?



Sorry this has taken so long, but I needed to check with someone here who
has worked with recordings for a long time. He said: the tapes as old as 30
years should be playable with little noticeable deterioration in signal as
long as they have been tight-wound and kept in their cases.
