Re: arsclist Wilcox-Gay Recordio disks

Hello Terry,
W.G.Recordio discs originate from Charlotte, Michigan and were made on
Aluminium Base ("Professional Quality").
or Fibre Base. They are light and flexible. . E.g. I have got one that looks
like one of the early bootleg records of the 70s
colored red with 2 holes, one in the middle and the other one 2,5 cm in
direction of the grooves. It can be played both sides on every 78rpm player
and is flexible.
Wiclox-Gay offered a selection of 6 1/2", 8", and 10" sizes
Bernard Wichert/ Germany
.
