Re: arsclist Digital Audio Workstations

Steve,

I have been getting good results in a non-production environment with Sek'd's Samplitude 2496 (you could use their Red Roaster as far as I can tell the difference is in the number of tracks). I used the Sek'd de-click, de-crackle plug-in and I like it better than the last (which may not be the latest) version of DARTPro.

Good luck. I'm not affiliated with Sek'd in any way--other than they have some of my money and I have some of their software <smile>.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking at a number of digital audio work stations with noise
reduction plug-ins (de-click, de-noise, etc.) for use in an archival
setting. I'm curious as to less expensive alternatives to SADIE or
Sonic Solutions that others may be using. What types of work are you
using them for and would you recommend them?

Thanks in advance,

Steve
