A class of paper once used extensively in the production of so-called pulp magazines, and now popular in the manufacture of paperbacks and children's coloring books. It is produced from 75 to 85% mechanical wood pulp plus 15 to 25% chemical wood pulp, and in such a manner to provide a rough surface and maximum bulk. The usual basis weight is 32 pounds (24 X 36�). Thickness ranges from a minimum of 0.004 inch to as high as 0.0055 inch. (17 )
