folded book ( folding book )
A form of book consisting of a long strip of paper
folded "concertina-wise" and attached at one or
both ends to stiff covers. The "folded book" is
common in the Orient but much less so in other
parts of the world, except in books of an unusual
nature, such as books of a pictorial nature with
views of places and/or panoramas. (156 )
