cake glue
Generally, an animal GLUE supplied in
large slabs up to 3 inches in thickness. The slabs
are broken into small pieces, soaked in cold water
until they absorb as much water as possible, and
then heated to useable consistency. Flexible
(internally plasticized) glue does not have to be
soaked.
