Iowa
Iowa is in a class by itself as far as agriculture goes! Its farms sell over $1 billion worth of crops and livestock each year. Iowa leads the nation in all corn, soybean, and hog sales. Sculpturally speaking, Iowa has 352 outdoor sculptures. Volunteers, including college students from Iowa State University and Marshalltown Community College, worked hard to document all the outdoor sculpture in Iowa. These volunteers were especially enthusiastic, spending long hours, including weekends, inventorying outdoor sculpture. Read on to see what they found!
