We are happy to announce that
the Thangka Proceedings from the Triennial Meeting in New Delhi are posted on
the ICOM-CC website.
ICOM-CC has a very specific access policy: Files
posted on its website remain free to the general public for the first 5 weeks
of posting (as of today!). After 5 weeks, the files will be closed and
accessible only to the ICOM-CC membership (including ICOM members, Friends of
ICOM-CC and student-Friends of ICOM-CC). After 3 years, the files are re-opened
