Dear all,

Has anyone used silicon release film (like Melinex/Mylar) for long term storage of fragile textiles? Is it acceptable and can safely replace Melinex for this purpose? If you have any previous experience or specific knowledge on possible negative chemical reactions, your opinion would very much appreciated.
