Hi fellow TexCon'lers - The store fixture company, ABC Target (www.abctarget.com) has plastic hangers in sizes 10", 12" and 14" in "crystal" and "white". I'm sure they could tell you whether the plastic is polystyrene if you called/emailed them. $28.00 to $29.00 per 100. They are located in New York.
