I believe what you are looking for are the Mayo's intestinal 1/2 circle
taper point needle (made in England). I last purchased them from Cincinatti
Surgical Company, but am not sure they carry them anymore. There are
tapered intestinal needles of other sizes too.

Subject: Surgical needles
Hello!
I am looking for a source for really thin, 1/2 round surgical needles with
taper points and plain old eyes that are 2 to 3 cm. I have ordered this
sort of needle from miltex but they are rather thick. I had a stash of
these great thin ones and I'm down to my last one. HELP!
Thanks,
Carol Kropnick
