List of professional conservators available?

Good morning:

I am wondering if there is a list of professional conservators
available, listed by state? This would be most helpful to direct people
in the right direction when they call me with questions about (wet)
washing their old textiles. Antiques are simply not replaceable and
what a waste it would be, if someone picked up a product, like the one
I've been mentioning, and they used it on wool or silk. The label has
no warnings whatsoever that sodium perborate should not be used on
protein based fibers, or metallics.

I've been recommending Orvus paste for 100% cotton quilts and I hope
that I'm in the right ballpark. Of course, this advice comes with all
the usual admonitions for handling wet textiles, and pre-testing of the
individual fabrics for colorfastness.

Still an amateur in conservation, but trying my best.
