Space is still available for the upcoming "Costume Mannequins:
Innovative methods for constructing and casting custom archival forms"
workshop with Patricia Silence, October 5-9, 2002 to be held at the
Textile Conservation Center, American Textile History Museum, Lowell,
Massachusetts. The early registration deadline of 8/31/02 is fast
approaching. Early registration will save you or your institution $50.00
The workshop targets exhibit preparators, conservators, curatorial and
collections care staff, and those who would like to construct
economical, archival, and historically accurate forms. Contact:
