Dear Colleagues,

As a member of the Organising Committee I would like to invite you to take
part in the  next 5th European Commission Conference on Research for
Protection, Conservation and Enhancement of Cultural Heritage will be held
in
Cracow, Poland, from 16th to 18th of May, 2002.

The Cracow conference will be a platform to:
- foster co-operation between EU and Newly Associated States
- present results of concluded or ongoing projects of the 5th EC Framework
Programme
- explore the place of cultural heritage research in the forthcoming 6th
Framework Programme
