Subject: [advocacy-l] Focus Groups at Midwinter

 

A percentage of ALA members who are midwinter meeting attendees will receive an e-mail from recruiter@xxxxxxxxxxxxx on Sunday night or Monday morning (January 11 or 12). The e-mail will contain a link to an online survey that will help to determine whether you are willing and eligible to participate in one or more focus groups on the website, either at mid-winter or online, later in the year.

 

The purpose of the focus groups will be described in more detail in the message, along with the honorarium that participants will receive. If you receive the message, please take about 10 minutes to fill out the survey. The survey will only be briefly available, and will be taken down on or slightly after January 15.

 

• Those who qualify for participation will receive a call from Janelle Rosip of User Works, Inc., who will take care of confirming scheduled sessions until all slots are filled.

 

• Those who express interest but are not available at midwinter or who are not needed because the sessions have been filled,  will hear from me at a later date.
