The definition of digital preservation that was recently approved by the Association of Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS), a unit of the American Library Association, is now available in a 2 page printer friendly PDF version.

If you will be attending the upcoming American Library Association Annual conference in Anaheim CA in late June, please join us for a 10 minute discussion on the next steps for the definition.  The discussion will take place at the Preservation Administration Discussion Group (PADG) meeting.  PADG will be held on Friday, June 27^th in the Marriott Salon H-K. The PADG meeting starts at 1:30pm.  The discussion of the definition is scheduled to start at 2:30.
