Students in my preservation class are
working on a proposal to convince administration to install fire-resistant,
self contained book returns within the building. (So staff can retrieve
without going outside.) Have any on you worked on a similar proposal? With any
success? Do you have any specifications for such a unit? I’ll share responses with my
