We have been using 3M H1 hub tattle tapes on double sided DVDs. We recently ran out of them, and I just learned that 3M is no longer making the H1 hub, but has replaced them with CD8 RFID hubs. Only problem is, a library must have an RFID system in place to activate the new hubs and our library doesn’t. I am interested to know what other libraries are doing, if anything, to get around this problem. And is there another product other than the 3M hubs for double sided DVDs?
