Preservation Issues in Small to Mid-Sized Libraries DG (currently listed as
Cooperative Preservation Strategies in all ALA publications) will meet on
Sunday, January 21 from 1:30-3:30pm in the Hotel Andra Ballroom.
The discussion groups name will soon be changing from Cooperative
Preservation Strategies back to its original name, Preservation Issues in
Small to Mid-sized Libraries. So, this meeting will focus on reinvigorating
the Preservation Issues DG and also on identifying non-PARS groups and
individuals who would be interested in and benefit from this DG, discussing
ways to reach out to those groups, and charting a future course to help
those groups through this DG.
