Conservator, Jantz Collection:
One-year appointment with the possibility of renewal

The Perkins Library System of the Duke University Libraries seeks a skilled
professional conservator to treat volumes in the Jantz Collection of German
Baroque materials. The position reports to the Collections Conservator in
the Preservation Department in the Perkins Library System.

The Jantz Collection Conservator’s responsibilities include planning and
executing the physical treatment of materials in the Jantz Baroque
collection. S/He may also be called upon to make and help implement
recommendations on housing and storing the collection.
