LEARN THE ART OF FUND RAISING

 

The Northeast Document Conservation Center presents a special workshop:

 

?Writing Successful Grant Proposals for Preservation & Digitization Projects?

 

Wednesday, October 6, 2004
at the National Heritage Museum Lexington, Massachusetts

 

Learn what works for planning and writing grant proposals for preservation and digitization projects. Participants will learn how to establish a grants program; identify potential funders; plan projects and match them with the appropriate funding agency; and prepare a proposal. The workshop will focus on requirements of major granting entities ? the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and the National Historic Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC). Developing proposals for state, local, and foundation funding sources will also be addressed by a panel of funders and reviewers.

$125.00  Registration fee for one person

$110.00  Registration fee per person for two or more people from the same institution
