You might try contacting the NARA Project Manager, Patrick Alexander,
who oversaw the recent renovations in the Archives I building.  He is at
Patrick.alexander@xxxxxxxxx

Their project involved the set up of many dust and debris barriers to
protect the collections.

Unfortunately, I don't have any stock language for you, but there are 
pre-made temporary barriers that can be installed to block dust, etc... 
that are often used by contractors. The product that I am most familiar 
with has a site at: http://www.zipwall.com/. They might have some 
recommended language.

Even if they do not have a product that will exactly fit the space, they

might also be willing to develop one for you. I believe they are in the 
Boston area.
