The Canadian Conservation Institute Technical Bulletin #21 "Coatings for
Display and Storage in Museums" may help you, as well as their publication
"Mount-making for Museum Objects." Check the CCI Web site at

and follow the links to the Bookstore. While CCI does not evaluate
proprietary products, they give guidelines for how to evaluate them.
