Join us as the Reformatting Discussion Group continues to explore the
interrelationship of film and digital technologies.
Roger Markham, Senior Technical Marketing Manager, Eastman Kodak Company,
will speak on the topic: "The Role [sic] of Microfilm in a Digital World."
In his 24 years at Kodak, Mr. Markham has been involved with micrographics
equipment service, engineering, products development, sales and marketing.
Cathleen Mook, Head, Preservation Dept., Smathers Library, Univ. of
Florida, will discuss the use of 16mm microfilm for preservation purposes,
explaining, as she puts it, why "16mm film is not the devil."
