Many on this list will be interested in reading Scott Carlson's article 
entitled "Once Trustworthy Newspaper Databases Have Become Unreliable and 
Frustrating" in the January 25 issue of the Chronicle of Higher Education.  
The sub-heading of the article reads: "Supreme Court decision led publishers to 
purge much archival material, to the dismay of scholars."
