Irene: I like the draft and have only one suggestion for a change. In the
Federal Legislative Policy section, I would change the word national in the
second sentence to federal. You use national in the first sentence in
reference to a "national preservation policy" and in the second sentence you
talk about "national, state and local libraries." I feel the second use of
national blurs the issue and that using federal would clarify that you mean
the national libraries as I am assuming that you are referring to federal
libraries.
