The Library of Michigan is the name given to the State Library of 
Michigan.  It is, as the posting states, the Library of Michigan not 
Michigan State or the University of Michigan.  The following is an excerpt 
from the website:
With 5.6 million items, 27 miles of shelving, and the second largest state 
library building in the nation, the Library of Michigan is our state's 
version of the Library of Congress.
