Research info request

I am working with preserved waterlogged wood that was treated with alum
in the early 1900's.

This treatment is quite specialized and seems to have only been used in
Skandinavia (we think).

We would like to hear from anyone who has alum conserved waterlogged
wood in their collections, and what (if any) information they have with
respect to - reaction to climate change, long term preservation,
re-conservation, treatment records, - basically anything of relevance.

link doesn't work, just clik on english in the top r. corner)

Thank you so much for you help in this matter

yours sincerely
