Cleaning a Dale Chihuly chandelier

A client of ours in Houston TX has a Chihuly chandelier that is
approximately 10 feet tall and is suspended from a 27 foot ceiling
in the entrance hall of their home.  We are looking for someone with
experience to clean this.  Perhaps someone knows if Chihuly himself
has a crew and how to contact them?  The owners are willing to
construct scaffolding, rent scissor lifts or any other equipment
helpful in getting this done the safest and best way possible.  Of
course they would like to have this done as soon as possible.
