The announcement calling for a modern painting conservator was in error. There are only 3 fellowship positions. The text should have read: The conservation division of the National Gallery of Art is seeking applications for fellowship positions in paper conservation, objects conservation and paintings conservation. The fellowships are supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Charles E. Culpeper Foundation. The three-year fellowships will commence in the fall of 2016 and include a yearly stipend starting at $34,000 plus $2,000 each year for travel and research.
