Hospital X-ray equipment

Has anyone worked with a local hospital to x-ray ceramic vessels,
that would be willing to share their experience and lessons learned?
I am interested in pursuing this with a few vessels and would be
interested in advice on what type of questions you learned are
important to ask regarding the equipment and settings, or anything
else that might be important to consider before embarking on this.
