West Dean College is a charitable trust offering internationally
renowned education in the conservation of cultural heritage, located
in West Sussex, UK, about 60 miles southwest of London.  We are
seeking to establish a pool of dynamic and enthusiastic conservation
professionals who, under the direction of the programme leader
and/or Head of Conservation, are able to provide occasional
supervision and tuition of students and contribute to the general
supervision and care of the studios, workshops and equipment in
compliance with Health and Safety legislation.  Cover may be
scheduled in advance (e.g. backfill for staff training) or at short
notice (e.g. for unplanned staff absence).  Expressions of interest
are sought in relation to the five conservation disciplines offered
at the college:

    Books and archival materials

    Clocks

    Furniture and decorative surfaces

    Ceramics

    Metals

Conservators with 3 or more year's post-qualification experience in
