The Conservation and Collections Care department are looking for a
full-time Collections Administrator and Access Coordinator and for a

Blythe House, the small to medium objects store of the Science

Your primary responsibilities will be scheduling for the Object

will support the Object Handling team by updating the collections
database as appropriate and support the CCC Manager by compiling
reports and statistics on object movement and storage.

When co-ordinating and supervising research visits you will
communicate with researchers and visitors to schedule appointments
to access objects from the collection. You will provide supervision
during visits to Blythe House and ensure that access is provided in
a safe manner. You will provide general health and safety and
collection hazard support to your line manager.

You will maintain the collections movement and storage office at
Blythe House, providing conference room scheduling, and supporting a
safe working environment through safety checklists. You will
provide administrative support to the Conservation and Collections

collections movement and storage budgets; ordering products and
completing documentation using our finance database.

Tasks will be carried out in a safe and secure manner to comply with
