University of Cambridge Museums (UCM) with the British Library is
organising a one day course in Managing Projects in Conservation and
Collections Care.

The course will explore the practical application of the principles
of project management in conservation and collections care.  The
participants will work on case studies and use tools and implement
techniques that will help them to efficiently run small and mid-size
projects.
