Survey

In order to best preserve and understand the paintings of Australian
artist William Robinson (b. 1936), Queensland University of
Technology (QUT) and the Queensland Art Gallery Gallery of Modern
Art (QAGOMA) have established the William Robinson Project. This
survey is designed to ascertain how conservators have approached
treatment of Robinson's paintings and whether those treatments were
considered successful. Survey results together with technical art
historical study will inform development of targeted treatment
approaches. Robinson's use of traditional materials means this
study will be highly pertinent to contemporary oil painting
practice. Project results will be made available through
publication.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. No personal
information is revealed through Survey Monkey unless individuals
choose to disclose. Continued dialogue with interested individuals
is welcomed.

If you have any questions, concerns or would prefer to discuss your
experience directly please contact Sophie Theobald Clark, Research
