Storing linoleum blocks

Are the blocks true linoleum?  I can't advise on the best way to
preserve linoleum, but you will need to think about protecting other
materials in the collection from the linoleum.  True linoleum may
contain linseed oil and other components that could off-gas and
cause damage to other materials in the collection in the same area.
