A full time paintings restorer is required to work in a private
conservation studio largely specialising in Northern European Old
Master paintings from 1500 - 1700 <URL:http://www.katherineara.com>.
The work primarily consists of filling and retouching.  The
applicant should be a graduate from an approved training programme,
have excellent colour matching skills and a knowledge and interest
in materials and painting techniques. A serious interest in Old
Master paintings and excellent spoken and written English is
essential.  Ideally the right candidate would stay for a minimum of
two years.  Starting salary from UKP25,000 dependent on previous
experience.
