Do any of you have any experience with freezers or >any recommendations? It is often simplest to rent a freezer truck in an emergency. This means you don't have to have unused equipment hanging around, taking up space, waiting for an emergency. It also means things are transportable if necessary. Alternatively you can look up commercial companies that offer freezer services. The important thing is sort out suppliers and contact information in advance so you know who to call in an emergency. Also check out what temperatures the various trucks are capable of, and ensure that you can get one that takes the temperature down to an adequate range for your purposes (you need at least -20 deg C pest management purposes, but other purposes just need safely below 0 deg C, and some things require cool but not frozen). Hope this helps.
