It is often simplest to rent a freezer truck in an emergency.  This
means you don't have to have unused equipment hanging around, taking
up space, waiting for an emergency.  It also means things are
transportable if necessary.

Alternatively you can look up commercial companies that offer
freezer services.  The important thing is sort out suppliers and
contact information in advance so you know who to call in an
emergency.  Also check out what temperatures the various trucks are
capable of, and ensure that you can get one that takes the
temperature down to an adequate range for your purposes (you need at
least -20 deg C pest management purposes, but other purposes just
need safely below 0 deg C, and some things require cool but not
frozen).  Hope this helps.
