Molded paper pulp

Has anyone had experience in treating paper pulp paintings,
specifically the "Wounds" series by an Indian artist called Somnath
Hore?  He took prints from moulded cement matrices (which in turn
were taken from originals made in clay) on paper pulps pressed flat,
and without colour.

I have not been able to find much information relating to his
technique (and therefore conservation), unfortunately, so any help
would be appreciated.
