Annual Intern Talks Meeting Washington Conservation Guild April 2, 2015 "The Experimental Sound Recordings of Alexander Graham Bell and the Volta Laboratory" Presented by Dawn Wallace "Chapel in the Fall Wood, A Painting by Maceptaw Bogun" Presented by Desi Peters "A Journey Through the Carter Library: Conserving Publisher's Bindings at The University of Virginia Library" Presented by Quinn Morgan Ferris "A Day in the Life of Pre-program Interns at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum" Presented by Adam Wiener and Allison Rabent The meeting will be held at the Historic Silver Spring B&O Railroad Station 8100 George Avenue Silver Spring, MD 5 - 6 pm Reception and opportunity to view the restored site 6 - 7 pm Speakers Transportation: Limited free parking is available in front of the station, with ample street parking and a parking garage available nearby. Please do not park next door at the fire station. The railroad station is also an easy four-block walk from the Silver Spring Metro station on the Red Line. The station is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
