ZFB AGS2000 aerosol system

Does anyone in North America own and use the ZFB AGS2000 aerosol
system?  I have been unable to generate an aerosol stream while
using the small plastic beaker attachment with the unit.  We believe
that there may be an issue with the power supply but wanted to gauge
what others' experiences have been.
