Subject: Masters program at University of Amsterdam
Masters in Technical Art History University of Amsterdam (UvA) The UvA is the first university in the Netherlands, and one of the few in the world, to offer a course dedicated to Technical Art History. In the two-year Masters course, students will have the opportunity to gain technical knowledge and experience examining a broad spectrum of materials and objects in the visual and applied arts. We are searching for a small group of local and international students with a BA in Art History or Conservation Studies. The course will be taught in English. We would appreciate your help in directing motivated students to information about the Technical Art History MA as soon as possible, as the application deadline is March 1 2015. The course will begin in September 2015 and will be offered every two years within the Conservation and Restoration department. More information and the application can be found at <URL:http://tinyurl.com/oube6na> Interested students can also contact the coordinators directly if they have any questions.
