Programme:

    10:30 - 11am        Arrival, Registration and Refreshments

    11 - 11:45am        Examination of blade types and
                        characteristics.  Explanation of sharpening
                        methods and tools available.  Demonstration
                        of methods for different types of blade

    11:45am - 1pm       Sharpening practice and participation by
                        delegates

    1 - 2pm             Lunch (Buffet lunch included)

    2 - 2:45pm          Making a fine hone/strop, materials provided
                        and pre prepared

    2:45 - 4pm          Making a paring knife from a hacksaw blade,
                        materials provided
