Evaluation of the HLF/Icon training bursary scheme 2006-2015

Planned start date: 2 March 2015
Planned finish date: 15 June 2015

Icon (the Institute of Conservation, which is the Client) is seeking
to appoint a consultant to evaluate Icon's Heritage Lottery Fund
Training Bursaries Programme HB - 5 - 00460, "New routes to learning
through work-based training, from 2006 - 2015".  This scheme will
come to an end on 30 June 2015 and Icon is required to provide HLF
with an evaluation report on the inputs and outcomes of the bursary
scheme and its lasting legacy.

The project outcome will be an evaluation report which will need to
be delivered to the Client by 15 June 2015.
